Full-board horses receive a private stall, scheduled feedings, daily turnout, daily stall cleaning, and automatic stall fly spray. Pasture-board horses have 24/7 pasture access, a run-in shelter, maintained water, and twice-daily feedings.
Nestled along the river with mountain views, our facility offers full board and pasture board with an outdoor arena, a round pen, and miles of trails boarders can ride right from the barn door.

Choosing where to board your horse near Church Hill is a big decision. At River Creek Stables, boarding capacity is intentionally limited so each horse can go through a personal fit and care review before move-in. With care logs, records, and photo updates in your owner portal, you can stay close to your horse even on days you cannot make it out to the barn.
The barn sits on 86 acres in the Appalachian foothills at 125 Goshen Valley Rd in Church Hill. Boarders enjoy a 100×200 outdoor arena, an outdoor round pen, multiple turnout paddocks, and more than 12 miles of creek-side, meadow, and ridge trails to ride their own horse. Riding lessons for kids and adults can be booked online as a single lesson or a package.
