Close to town, with room to ride

Church Hill sits just west of Kingsport on US-11W, so most Kingsport owners reach River Creek in about 15–20 minutes: close enough for an evening ride after work or a quick check on a horse coming back from the vet.

The property runs to 86 acres along the river with mountain views. Boarders ride the 100×200 ft outdoor arena, work in the round pen, or head straight out from the barn onto 12+ miles of creek-side, meadow and ridge trails without loading a trailer.

Three ways to board

Pick the level of care that fits your horse and your schedule. Every option includes access to the arena, round pen and trails.

• Full board: a private stall, scheduled feedings, daily turnout, daily stall cleaning and automatic stall fly spray
• Pasture board: 24/7 pasture access with a run-in shelter, maintained water and twice-daily feedings
• Self-care board: a private stall and use of the facilities for hands-on owners

What it costs

Founding boarding rates currently start at $300/month for the first 3 months (full board $600/month, pasture board $300/month, self-care board $450/month), and only a limited number of founding places are offered.

See it before you move

A free barn tour takes about 45 minutes. Walk the stalls and pastures, look at the footing in the arena, ask about feeding and turnout, and meet the herd your horse would join. Tours run during barn hours: Monday–Saturday 8am–9pm, Sunday 2pm–7pm.

Every horse on the property meets the same health standard, including visitors: a current negative Coggins, geldings and mares only, and no pregnant mares.
