One booking at a time
We publish a window only when the property is genuinely free. You will not be sharing the arena with a lesson or a boarder's ride.
Everyone signs a waiver
Clients, crew and models included. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign. Commercial shoots also need a certificate of insurance naming the barn.
Horses come with a handler
Always, and it is not negotiable. Our horses work limited hours and get their rest days, so a horse in your shot depends on who is available and rested that day.
Weather moves, not cancels
It is an outdoor property. If the weather turns, we move you to another window at no extra cost rather than making you shoot in it.
